Payment and refunding policy
We do not accept personal checks nor money orders. Payment must be by bank card or Paypal only.

Excessive refunds will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.

100% money back guarantee covers price of the Audiobooks only for 7 days from date of purchase. If a mistake happened and the user was charged twice, the company will issue a refund.

100% money back guarantee covers price of the Lesson Packs only for 7 days from date of purchase. If a mistake happened and the user was charged twice, the company will issue a refund.

Monthly payments
Membership program “Mastery of Russian” monthly subscription can be cancelled at any moment. Termination of access to paid content will be terminated at the time of cancellation of the Monthly subscription. 100% money back guarantee covers price of the Membership program “Mastery of Russian” only for 30 days from date of purchase.
Lifetime Access
The lifetime access to the Membership program “Mastery of Russian” is not refundable. It allows the Client to have access to the current podcast transcripts and 3 special membership audio lessons in one month.
